this is entirely a configuration option within the web server (IIS). all this handler does it enforce HTTPS urls, how that request is then handled is up to the web server, which still needs the SSL cert installed, and once it is, you can go ahead add require 128bit from the IIS management tools.&lt;br /&gt;
